Rentdrivebuy offers corporate operational leasing and comprehensive fleet management services for commercial vehicles in Argentina. The scope includes the selection, acquisition, scheduled maintenance, and renewal of units, without transfer of ownership to the client during the term of the contract.

The client agrees to use the vehicles exclusively for authorized commercial purposes, maintain them in safe conditions, report any incident within 24 hours, and comply with current traffic regulations. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in early termination of the contract.

Rentdrivebuy guarantees the delivery of vehicles in optimal condition, the execution of preventive maintenance according to the agreed plan, and technical assistance during the term of the contract. We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications made by the client.

Under no circumstances shall Rentdrivebuy be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, business interruption, or vehicle replacement costs that exceed the value of the current contract. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client during the last six months of service.

Operational leasing contracts have a minimum duration of 12 months, automatically renewable unless notice to the contrary is given 60 days in advance. Either party may terminate the agreement early if the other breaches its essential obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 15 business days.
